Bonolat operates in the food segment with the same responsibility, concern with the quality and safety of all its products.
The first Asperbras Alimentos unit was built in Itapagipe, in the interior of Minas Gerais, close to the dairy basins. It produces Bonolat brand Whole, Semi-skimmed and Skimmed milks, which are processed, pasteurized and filled using state-of-the-art equipment.
Celebrating 10 years of operation, Bonolat’s dairy industry invests in a brand expansion strategy that began with the construction of a second industrial unit, inaugurated in the city of Penápolis (SP), in early 2020. This unit comes accompanied by great news and new product launches, such as the manufacture of Powder, Zero Lactose and Enriched Integral varieties, in addition to the brand’s visual identity renewal, which will reflect the modernity applied in production, the sustainability of its processes and concern for high quality.
Our commitment is to produce and sell dairy products and guarantee the consumer total quality, transparency in relationships, respect for the consumer, the environment and society.
Control is carried out at all stages of the process. It starts with the arrival of the milk at the factory until the storage of the final product.
Monitoring ranges from analyzes of color, taste and appearance conditions to microbiological and chemical physical examinations to ensure product purity. Being released only after making sure that the quality standard has been reached.
Bonolat meets the quality standards of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply – MAPA.
